Orders

Due to the made-to-order nature of Atteya jewellery and the desire to reduce waste wherever possible your chosen piece will be made here in the UK, just for you. We please ask that you allow for up to 3 weeks for production when ordering your jewellery.

Sometimes pieces are in stock and in this instance your order will be shipped within 3 working days.

If you did have a more urgent request in mind, please email us at hello@atteya.co.uk and we will do our very best to make it happen.

 

Shipping

UK orders will be shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is a next day tracked and signed service. If your parcel has been delayed, then please contact us for your tracking number so you can contact Royal Mail customer service.

All orders for the Rest of the World use Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. Royal Mail aim to deliver within 3-5 working days for Europe and 5-7 working days Worldwide. This can vary depending on your local delivery service provider.

Please be responsible when ordering Atteya jewellery and ensure your chosen address is suitable for signed delivery.

Atteya cannot be held responsible for any lost packages or custom fees.

 

Returns

Our desire is for you to be delighted with your Atteya jewellery. Our jewellery is made to the highest standards and we’re confident that you’ll be happy with your purchase.

However we want to promote considered purchasing rather than fast fashion and so please choose carefully and ask us any questions before ordering. A ‘change of mind’ is not accepted in our returns policy however please email us at hello@atteya.co.uk within 14 working days as we’d be more than happy to discuss the exchange of your purchase for another style of the same value.

In line with health and hygiene regulations we do not accept refunds or exchanges on earrings and expect any item returned to us to be sent within its full packaging and original condition. All bespoke orders are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
